- Who do you sell to, anyone can get your products?
We sell wholesale to professionals in the sector, that is, to those who own a store or business, whether physical or online.
- Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for everything we offer on the web, but if 200 euros are not reached, we charge 6 euros for transport costs, for shipments to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands (other areas and countries, consult).
- How long does it take for the order to arrive?
In 24 hours you will receive your order. In the event that it is delayed, we will contact you to explain the pertinent reasons.
- How do I register?
In order to register you will have to click on the upper part where it says “START SESSION”, once there if you do not have an account yet, you will have to click on “Don't have an account? Create one here”, where we will ask you for the necessary data to register. When you register, we receive your request and once we verify that you have a business, we activate your account and you receive an email with confirmation. It is a quick process.
- How can I see the prices?
In order to see the prices, it is necessary to register in the online store, and show us with document 036 or 037 that you have a business, or by showing us through your social networks or website that you have one.
- What form of payment do you work with?
In order to successfully place your order, payment must be made in cash. We have payment by card or by bank transfer. Once we receive the information that the payment has been made, your order will be launched.
- What transport agencies do you work with?
We work with Correos Express and GLS nationwide and Portugal.
- Do you serve outside of Spain?
Yes, we work with agencies such as FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL. When generating the order we will inform you of the shipping cost.
- Do you serve the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
